Our friend Britney introduced me to cauliflower rice and now I make the darn stuff every week!
It varies a bit, with more or less broccoli, different meat or no meat with it, and various spices. But the core of it came from Britney’s Whole and Healthy Kitchen.
Britney and her partner Tom are dear friends and a couple of the kindest, most generous people we’ve met. Like so many of us, Britney struggled with her weight and was unhealthy until she educated herself about nutrition. There is always more to learn, so I visit her website regularly to pick up tips and ideas. Some of her videos feature their adorable toddler, Ella, learning her way around the kitchen.
