My goodness. A councillor who’s leaving at the end of this term partly because of the immaturity and lack of productive energy among some of her colleagues, caused quite an uproar this week. Yes, all business grinds to a halt as Joni Baechler has the audacity to give her opinion!! It’s just another dumb waste of time on a council that seems to look for them week after week. And I randt.
Agree 100%. I think Joni is one of the best councilors ever. I am happy that she is my representative. One of the only ones with common sense. Joni has every right to expect to speak on the comments from the Mayor and other councillors while she was not present at the meeting.
We need a clean sweep and hopefully get a council that can get some business done, without having back room meetings and blowing their own horns. We deserve so much more.
