Rogers has still not fixed my email login.
Had I not found a back way into it, I would now have been waiting more than 2 weeks for access to to my email. Can you imagine? Fortunately I don’t own a rifle and there isn’t a bell tower in my neighbourhood. “Unacceptable” doesn’t begin to describe what this company has put me through. I’m still not sure what I’ll do with the hundreds of filed and sorted emails in that account. It’s going to be a pig to deal with. Luckily, I don’t have to rush right now.

Unfortunately, unless you’re calling in each and every day, your problem ticket will very quickly become ignored and forgotten. When they do figure it out, you’re not likely to like the options your presented with, completely delete your account, flush everything and recreate it from scratch, meaning you lose anything attached to the existing account.
Yeah, that doesn’t surprise me. I’ve been extracting everything I want, like saved emails and photos. And I’m just so grateful that I accidentally solved the issue on my own because otherwise, I’d be inconsolable.
