So many great causes, so little good weather!
Today Bernice and I will be joining hundreds of riders for the Lansdowne Foundation fund-raising motorcycle ride in Brantford. The Centre helps kids with special needs and this is their 6th annual ride. I’m pretty new to big group rides but I’m looking forward to being up in front of the pack with a police escort! After the ride, there’s a BBQ and prizes and stuff. It promises to be a really good day.
If you have a motorcycle and would like to join us, it starts at the Brantford Civic Centre at 11. Riders need to register and pay a $25 dollar fee (or turn in pledges) beforehand. My parents have made generous donations – we have ties to Brantford with my brother and I both having been born there and our Grandparents settling there. It should be a great day!
