“My ISIS Boyfriend”

If you are as fascinated about the workings of ISIS as I am, I have some recommended reading for you.

I’m specifically baffled about and interested in how these desert rats are able to lure young, middle-class women from their comfortable homes in first-world countries to join them and live a life of servitude. One of the ways they do it is by promising the females material things because, you see, these western-world hating jihadists actually love to wear brand name clothing and other trappings of wealth. They also appeal to their guilt by telling them they’re not living true Muslim lives among the infidels.

A gutsy reporter whose real name is under wraps, put herself in harm’s way to investigate how these women and girls are being convinced to leave their families, dress like beekeepers (my words, not hers) and live with men who are in the business of killing innocent people. Her first person account in the New York Post can be found HERE. She is still under death threats but says it was worth it.
