I can’t help but think of my former colleagues at 680 News on a morning like this one. I’ve only been away from them for three months but already I wonder if I would be capable of ramping back up to the level of intensity it takes to do what they do so well. Not that I’m considering a return. It’s just that I still feel the relief of being able to experience the day as it unfolds instead of having to react to it moment by moment. And here in London, in winter, there’s plenty of snow to experience!
